Terms of use

By creating an account and using Nodo, you agree to these terms. For questions about the service or your subscription, write to [email protected].

1. The service

Access to a dedicated, managed exit network, preconfigured in a browser extension, through a monthly subscription. Access renewal and node rotation are automatic.

2. Account and eligibility

The service is for people aged 18 or older. Your account and access credentials are personal and non-transferable — do not share them. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use Nodo lawfully. You may not use it for:

• illegal activity;
• spam, phishing or unsolicited communications;
• fraud, impersonation or social engineering;
• unauthorized access to third-party systems, networks or data;
• malware or malicious software;
• infringement of copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property;
• harassment, threats or defamation;
• circumventing third-party restrictions in violation of their terms.

Sharing, reselling, abuse or any prohibited use leads to suspension, subject to any refund rights granted by law, in addition to the applicable legal measures.

4. Use on third-party platforms

You are solely responsible for your use of Nodo on third-party services. Because traffic is HTTPS, we have no visibility into its content, we do not endorse specific uses and we are not liable for sanctions those third parties apply.

5. Privacy and authorities

We do not keep individual browsing history or the content of HTTPS connections. IP addresses are processed to operate the connection and limit abuse; technical failures may create error records containing the destination domain. We may cooperate with authorities as required by law and with the data we keep. Details in the Privacy policy.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, without prejudice to consumer rights. You hold Nodo harmless from costs arising from misuse or breach of these terms.

7. Payment

Monthly billing is processed by SyncPay; we do not store payment data. The subscription renews until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund policy (in Portuguese), which applies to consumers in Brazil under Brazilian consumer law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the operation. You may terminate at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

9. Changes and jurisdiction

We may update these terms; continued use after relevant changes means acceptance. Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile.
