Acceptable Use Policy

This translation is provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This policy applies to the Nodo website, extension and exit network, and is part of the Terms of Service. Don't use Nodo to:
Harm the Service
- attack, overload or probe our servers for vulnerabilities without authorization;
- get around the device limit, the connection limit or an access block;
- use the exit network for traffic other than Twitch;
- automate use at scale, with bots or scripts;
- reverse engineer the Service to bypass billing or authentication.
Abuse the account or payment
- share, lend, sell or resell the account or access;
- create accounts in bulk to get free trials;
- use fake details or someone else's, such as another person's CPF;
- commit payment fraud, dispute legitimate charges or abuse refunds.
Harm others or break the law
- engage in illegal activity;
- send spam, run scams or phishing;
- access other people's systems, accounts or data without authorization;
- distribute malware;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone.
Consequences
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account without a refund (except where required by law), blocking of the payment details used and, where appropriate, reporting to the authorities.
