How can we help?

Find the next step for your account, payment or extension.

The dashboard is currently available in Portuguese only; button names are shown in Portuguese below.

I paid — what now?

Open your dashboard. It tracks the confirmation and shows the next steps once the payment is recognized. If it is still pending, use “Já paguei: verificar confirmação” (I paid: check confirmation).

Authorizing Pix Automático and confirming the payment are separate steps. Check with your bank that the charge went through. You don't need to pay again to refresh the dashboard.

After confirmation, open the extension and click “Check access”. Sign in with the same account you used to pay.

You can see your billing history and next charge in the dashboard. To stop renewal, use “Cancelar assinatura” (Cancel subscription); access you already paid for continues until the date shown.

The extension isn't protecting

  1. Check your internet connection and that you're on the right account.
  2. Open Nodo and click “Check access”. If your session expired, sign in again.
  3. If the channel shows “Allowed”, click “Protect this channel”.
  4. Reload the Twitch tab after updating or connecting the extension.

Also check the service status. If the problem continues, copy the diagnostics for support.

The “Diagnostics” button copies a report with the extension version, the connection state and technical counts from the stream. Review the text before sending it to support.

Account, password and free trial

Use password recovery to request a link. Check your spam folder and use the most recent link. If you sign in with Google or Discord, keep using the same button.

Signed in with Google and want a password too? Request password recovery with the same e-mail and create one. It stays the same account, and you can sign in either way. The reverse also works: with a confirmed e-mail, “Sign in with Google” opens the account you already have.

For new accounts, the two-hour trial starts when you connect the extension. It requires no payment.

The official install link appears in the dashboard for your browser. Only use Nodo's own links.

Contact support

[email protected]

Tell us what happened and roughly when. In the latest extension, click “Diagnostics” and paste the report into your message.

The report does not include your e-mail, password, tokens, node addresses or Pix codes. Never send your password, full ID numbers or card details to support.
